We Provide Different Types of Finishing Based on Your Needs

For more than 150 years, hot-dip galvanizing after fabrication has been used to combat steel corrosion in the harshest environment throughout various markets. However, when new technologies and creative chemistry are involved, the usage and specification of hot dip galvanized steel are constantly evolving as the new market emerges. Once considered only as a means of corrosion protection, hot-dip galvanizing is now used for an array of reasons including initial cost, durability, longevity, availability, versatility, sustainability and even aesthetics.

Save time, labour and costs

Ultragal triple coated system can be used immediately without any further painting, giving great savings in time, labour and costs.

High Yield Strength

Ultragal is 20% to 60% higher in yield strength.

Reduced Weight

Ultragal structures are about 20% lighter.

Galfan can lower costs via lighter coating weights while achieving similar or better performance than standard galvanization. Galfan is obtained by continuous hot-dip coating in a bath of molten metal consisting of approximately 95% zinc and 5% aluminum.

  • No Spangle
  • Low coefficient of friction
  • Improved formability
  • Enhanced resistance to micro-cracking
  • Environmentally friendly (Reduces zinc usage up to 50%)
  • Excellent paint adhesion

Powder coating is the process of applying a dry powdered paint compound made of pigments, specialized resins and fillers that melt and fuse together during the curing process to form a painted finish. Powder coating provide a high quality, durable finish, allowing for maximized production, improved efficiencies and simplified environmental compliance.
